About PT Benings Pratama Grup
PT Benings Pratama Group began its operations in 2017 with the opening of its first clinic in Jambi. After several branches were established, the company officially formed its legal entity on January 31, 2020.
As the business continued to grow, the number of employees increased from around 400 to more than 1,400. Today, PT Benings Pratama Grup manages 49 branches, including an e-commerce unit.

Before using Mekari Talenta, HR administration was handled manually using Microsoft tools and fingerprint systems. Attendance data was not centralized, and work schedules could be changed manually.

PT Benings Pratama Grup began using Mekari Talenta nearly four years ago after searching for an HR system and receiving a recommendation from a colleague.
The adjustment process took around one and a half years, as employee data was not yet well organized and system socialization had to be carried out gradually across many branches. Training was conducted for two to three branches at a time to ensure employees fully understood how to use the system.
Mekari Talenta is used as the main system for attendance, payroll, employee data management, shift scheduling, and performance management. All employees are required to use a single system, making data more structured and easier to control.
