THR Calculation Calculator
The THR Calculator helps you easily calculate the THR you will receive

What are the components of a holiday allowance (THR) calculator?
The main income received by employees based on the employment contract or salary agreement.
Some companies include fixed allowances in the calculation of holiday pay (THR).
Employees who have worked for 12 months or more are entitled to receive THR equal to 1 month’s base salary (+ fixed allowances, if applicable).
Employees who have worked for less than 12 months receive THR proportionally, using the formula:
THR = (Length of Service (months) ÷ 12) × Base Salary
1. This THR calculation does not include THR tax. If there is THR tax, the net THR amount will be reduced by the applicable tax.
2. THR must be given no later than 7 days before the religious holiday.
