One of the thing I do every Sunday evening is enjoying the rest of weekend by reading. While swum over that words, I occasionally find a quote that speaks to me. A Motivational quotes, exactly.
This activity is enough to sum up my weekend in order to reduce Monday blues.
What I have found over time is that if I write this down and look at it several times that day it helps me stay focused and keep my head on straight as the day progresses.
