About RS Binawaluya

Binawaluya Heart Hospital is the first private heart hospital in Indonesia. It was originally established as a clinic in 2004 and officially began operating as a hospital in 2008. Today, RS Binawaluya employs around 200 staff members consisting of both medical and non-medical personnel, working in three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) to support 24-hour operations.

Challenges in the HR management 

Before using Mekari Talenta, HR management at RS Binawaluya was still handled manually from attendance and leave management to payroll which led to various administrative challenges, including:

  • Slow and error-prone administrative processes
    Before implementing Mekari Talenta, attendance recap and payroll processing could take up to 5–7 days. Everything was managed manually in Excel, requiring data to be checked one by one. This not only consumed a lot of time but also increased the risk of human error.
