This Recruitment Module Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) governs the manner in which PT Mid Solusi Nusantara and its affiliates (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from job applicants or candidates for employment purpose of our talent Recruitment Module services (the “Recruitment Module”) (collectively, “you“, “your” or “yours”).
“Personal Data” shall mean data about individual persons that are identified or can be individually identified, either on its own or in combination with other information, whether directly or indirectly. In providing our Recruitment Module, we will process your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Notice, our privacy notice as available here and the applicable laws.
We are committed to ensuring responsible Personal Data processing practices. We will only collect and process Personal Data for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, and we will take appropriate measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data collected.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may collect your Personal Data from you in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when you visit our Recruitment Module, register on the Recruitment Module, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our Recruitment Module.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The purpose of processing your Personal Data is for recruitment evaluation purposes of the recruiters using our Recruitment Module. This includes but is not limited to assessing candidate qualifications, facilitating communication between recruiters, hiring managers, job applicants and/or candidates, and managing the recruitment process smoothly.
SCOPE OF COLLECTED DATA
The scope of collected data includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal Information: name, address, contact details, phone number, email, selfies, personal identity number, if required by the recruiter.
- Personal professional information: employment history, education, skills, certifications, achievements, portfolio.
- Medical and health information: information related to your health, as applicable and if required for the health assessment process of your recruiter.
- Test results: scores or outcomes from any assessments or tests administered during your recruitment evaluation process, if required by the recruiter.
- Response to inquiries: your response to any questions or information requested within the Recruitment Module, as applicable and if required as a part of the recruitment evaluation process by the recruiter.
- Financial information: bank account details and/or payroll information in relation to compensation and any monetary benefits of your employment.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may share Personal Data collected through the Recruitment Module with relevant parties, including our affiliates and/or subsidiaries facilitating the provision of our Recruitment Platform, recruiters, hiring managers, and third-party service providers involved in the provision of the Recruitment Platform. However, we will not disclose personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except as required by law.
DATA SECURITY
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Personal Data processed through our Recruitment Module.
RIGHTS TO PERSONAL DATA
Subject to the applicable laws, you may have the rights to request (i) access (ii) correction of inaccuracies (iii) erasure, where it is no longer necessary for the purposes and (iv) withdraw consent of your Personal Data by submitting a written request to policy@mekari.com. In connection with your request, you understand and acknowledge that following your request submitted to us, you may no longer be able to continue your recruitment evaluation process through our Recruitment Module.

We have the sole discretion to update this Privacy Notice at any time. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the Personal Data we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Notice periodically and become aware of modifications.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By using our Recruitment Module, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to this Privacy Notice, you are not eligible to use our Recruitment Module. Your continued use of the Recruitment Module following the posting of changes to this Privacy Notice will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
