Currently, PT Indra Angkola has approximately 500 employees spread across field operations and branch offices to support optimal business operations. PT Indra Angkola implements two payroll periods:
- Office staff receive their salaries on the 25th–26th of each month;
- Operational staff or drivers receive their salaries on the 10th.
Previously, company drivers were paid outside of the system, which required the payroll team to work twice to ensure the figures were accurate and salaries were paid on time.
In terms of attendance management, PT Indra Angkola employees experienced difficulties with facial verification during check-in. This required employees to repeat the process several times, consuming time and causing them to be marked late in the system.
