We’ve introduced new functionality to automatically reject or approve attendance-related requests based on the date they were created. This enhancement allows for greater flexibility in managing attendance requests within specific timelines. Additionally, it improves notifications and tracking for rejected or approved requests, ensuring more efficient and transparent attendance management.
Productivity & Engagement | Timesheet Reskin (Mobile)
We are excited to announce the release of our redesigned Timesheet index and detail pages for mobile devices. This update brings a user-friendly interface, making it easier for users to view and manage their timesheet data on the go. With enhanced functionality and improved usability, our mobile Timesheet pages ensure a seamless and efficient experience for tracking work hours, reviewing entries, and managing time-related tasks.
Performance Management | Upload Function in 9 Box Matrix
Super Admins can now upload assessment results from third-party vendors, which will be automatically generated into the 9 Box Matrix. This enhancement allows Super Admins to view both the indexed and detailed results of the 9 Box Matrix, providing better insights into employee performance and potential based on external assessments.
Performance Management | Action Items on 9 Box Matrix Results
Super Admins can now take immediate action based on 9 Box Matrix results by creating Individual Development Plans, assigning successors to the succession plan, and proposing employee transfers. This enhancement simplifies the process following the generation of the 9 Box Matrix, making it easier to implement development strategies and manage talent efficiently.
Payroll Management | Toggle to Show Actual THP in Payslip
We’ve added a toggle feature that ensures payslips display the actual Take Home Pay (THP), including any negative amounts. This improvement enhances transparency and builds trust in the payroll process by showing the accurate THP, even when deductions result in a negative balance.
Payroll Management | Payroll Formula Reprimand
Introducing an automated payroll formula for reprimands, allowing companies to apply financial penalties for employee misconduct, such as repeated tardiness or unapproved absences. This enhancement ensures fair, accurate, and efficient enforcement of company policies, reducing manual calculations and streamlining the payroll process.

Employee & Company Management | Payroll Info Revamp
We have enhanced the payroll information feature to provide employees with greater control and flexibility. Employees can now independently update their personal payroll data, ensuring records remain accurate and current. Additionally, they can add and manage multiple bank accounts for payroll distribution, offering more convenience. This revamp also supports the input and maintenance of the 16-digit NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), ensuring accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Introducing the Batch Run Payroll feature to streamline payroll development and testing. This tool allows users to run payroll for multiple periods and payment schedules in a single process, eliminating the need for manual payroll runs by period and payment schedule.

We’ve introduced the ability to bulk cancel employee transfers, allowing users to efficiently manage and reverse multiple employee transfers at once.
Performance Management | Suggest Score for Goals Based on The Achievement Percentage
HR can now create score criteria based on KPI achievement, enabling the system to automatically suggest KPI/goal scores based on predefined criteria. This reduces the need for manual rating by reviewers, minimizing subjectivity in performance reviews. It also ensures that probation and contract evaluations are more objective, grounded in KPI/goals achievement.
