Time Management | Import Fingerprint TXT without Delimiter
We’ve enhanced the Import Fingerprint feature by adding new date and time format options (Yd and Hms) for TXT files, ensuring compatibility across all import methods (Range, Flag, Time Compare). This improvement provides users with greater flexibility and accuracy in data imports while also offering clear examples of the expected formats to reduce potential errors during the process.
Payroll Management | THR Improvement for Resigned Employees
In accordance with Permenaker No. 6/2016 Article 7 (3), we have improved the THR calculation for resigned employees. The new feature allows for specific settings: PKWT employees will be excluded from receiving THR if their resignation date falls within 0-30 days from the THR date, while PKWTT employees will remain eligible under the same conditions. This enhancement enables better compliance and accuracy in the payroll process by adjusting the employee list for THR and payroll runs based on their employment status and resignation timing.

The Employee ID Auto Generate feature automates the creation of unique identification numbers for employees, streamlining the identification and tracking process within the organization. By eliminating the manual assignment of employee IDs, this improvement enhances efficiency, reduces administrative workload, and minimizes the risk of errors.

This new feature integrates the Form and Loan functionalities within Mekari Talenta, enabling a seamless connection that streamlines the loan application process requiring approval. This enhancement simplifies the workflow for employees seeking loans by allowing them to fill out forms directly linked to the loan application, ensuring a more efficient and organized approval process.

The date shortcode format in document templates has been improved from the previous DD-MM-YYYY (e.g., 02-01-2024) to the new DD Month YYYY format (e.g., 02 January 2024). This update enhances flexibility and ensures compliance in date representation across all generated documents, providing a clearer and more user-friendly format.

Users can now customize their notification preferences for various actions within the Time Management module, ensuring they receive relevant updates according to their specific needs.

This update introduces the Emerging Task ID feature. With this new feature, users will see a unique Task ID associated with each task, visible in the Task Index, Task Details, and Inbox on desktop and mobile interfaces.
Payroll Management | Payroll Component Formula Prorate
This enhancement automates the calculation of prorated payroll components, such as salaries, benefits, and deductions, for employees who start or leave their jobs on dates that do not align with the payroll cut-off. By automating this calculation when an employee is assigned a payroll component formula (branch, organization, job position, and job level) during a mid-cut-off transfer, operations are streamlined, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Payroll Management | BPJS Report Improvement (SIPP)
These enhancements ensure compliance with the latest regulations and facilitate accurate reporting for workforce management. The following templates have been improved are SIPP-Template Tambah Tenaga Kerja, SIPP-Template Tambah Tenaga Kerja (Lanjutan), SIPP-Template Non Aktif Tenaga Kerja.
