Admins and Super Admins can now generate the 1721-VIII tax form directly from Talenta’s data. Additionally, users have the ability to publish the 1721-VIII tax slip to the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal, making it accessible to employees via both the ESS Web and Mobile apps.

Users can now download the attendance request files directly from the web application, providing easy access to their data.

Payroll Management | Import E-Bupot

In compliance with the latest regulation (PER-2/PJ/2024), payroll tax (PPh 21) must now be reported through e-Bupot PPh 21/26 instead of e-SPT or DJPOnline. To align with this change, Talenta introduces a new feature allowing users to import taxslip files generated by e-Bupot directly into Talenta. This ensures that taxslips (Bukti Potong) in Talenta (including 1721-VI, 1721-VII, 1721-VIII, and 1721-A1) are identical to those generated by e-Bupot. Employees can access the matching taxslips through the Web and ESS.

Payroll Management | Automate Deduct Overtime Duration with Multiplier

In accordance with Perppu 2/2022 Article 79, companies are required to provide a minimum of 30 minutes break time for every 4 working hours. However, the regulation does not specify a maximum break time. To support this, we’ve added a flexible setting that automatically deducts overtime duration, with a customizable multiplier, in both the Overtime Company and Master Overtime settings. This enhancement helps businesses accurately manage overtime calculations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Companies can now activate settings for enhanced attendance tracking: first, mandatory notes are required from employees during live attendance actions, ensuring more detailed and accountable records; second, employees must upload mandatory attachments when submitting attendance requests, guaranteeing that all necessary documentation is provided for approval.
