The user experience is enhanced with a revamped task index page, task detail page, and task creation page. Task sorting capabilities are improved, focusing on due dates and other relevant attributes. Navigation is streamlined, making the system more user-friendly.
Performance Management | Evaluation Cycle Improvement
HR can now create advanced probation/contract review cycles, automatically grouping employees based on their join and end probation/contract periods. Custom employment statuses and review start dates can be set. Additional review aspects, such as goals, attendance, reprimands, and deduction scores based on attendance or reprimand data, can also be included. This enhancement offers a more comprehensive and flexible evaluation process.
Performance Management | Create & Edit Goals via Mobile App
This feature enables the creation and editing of goals directly on the Mekari Talenta mobile app, simplifying the KPI/OKR/Goal setting process. All roles will now have the ability to create goals on the Talenta mobile app, enhancing accessibility and convenience for users.
Time Management | Change Shift Notification
Companies can now ensure their employees are informed of any shift changes made by the admin. Notifications will be sent via Change Shift Web, push notifications, and Iinbox, keeping employees up-to-date with the latest adjustments.
Time Management | Emerge Time Off Based on Sign Date
Users can now create time off based on the sign date, ensuring that once the sign date has passed, the time off policy will be effectively generated. This feature provides greater flexibility and accuracy in managing employee time off.
Productivity & Engagement | Announcement – Targeting Job Position and Job Level
This enhancement adds filtering options for announcements based on job position and job level, allowing admins to target their communications more effectively. Relevant information will now reach the intended audience based on their job roles and levels within the organization, ensuring clear and efficient internal communication.
Employee & Company Management | Employee Transfer History Revamp
Admins can now open any employee detail and view their transfer history with ease. Additionally, employees can access their own transfer history through the “My Info” section.
