Record your thoughts, feelings and information about the environment, including the people and circumstances involved, the physical setting and how you reacted.

Taking notes can help you find your stressors and how your reactions to them.

Stop doing things perfectly to avoid stress at work

Hence, being (just) good is enough.

Set this more human bar to measure success and then keep self-esteem at a healthy level.

Accepting help from close friends and colleagues can improve your ability to manage stress.

Your employer may also have stress management resources available such as counseling programs if needed.
