Why is a warning letter important?

This letter is important because it is written proof that the employee has indeed been given a written warning for the violation he has committed.

Given when an employee commits a violation of company regulations, such as not being disciplined and doing something that is detrimental to the company.

There are quite a lot of types. Generally there are 3:
1. SP1: initial warning for the violation committed.
2. SP2: further warning for previous violations
3. SP3: final warning before action is finally taken, such as termination of employment (PHK)

The warning letter contains the name of the employee, the violation committed, the type of violation, and sanctions for the action.
