Why is a warning letter important?
This letter is important because it is written proof that the employee has indeed been given a written warning for the violation he has committed.
When is a warning letter given?
Given when an employee commits a violation of company regulations, such as not being disciplined and doing something that is detrimental to the company.
How many types of warning letters are given?
