Certification of Employment Experience

This letter contains the employee’s name, position, employee address, ID card number, supervisor’s name, superior’s position, company name and date of joining.

This letter is very useful for various employee needs, such as applying for credit/loans to the bank, processing visas, and job references for other purposes.

Employees usually apply for a permanent employee certificate to HR. Usually HR will provide a form that the employee needs to fill out and some companies have provided a letter template.
